If you are looking for just a sign permit, our sign permit application is online, please see requirements below. Please note that you will need to follow the design criteria for Summit Boulevard or Main Street, depending on where your business is located.

• Sign Permit Submittal – provides a list of requirements for new exterior business signs and/or exterior sign replacements. IMPORTANT: A Master Sign Plan is required for any development having more than one tenant, business, or use. If applicable, please reference your Master Sign Plan prior to the submittal of any individual sign permit.

Banners

If you are looking to hang a banner before your sign is made or to advertise sales, rentals, new store openings, etc., please see the application below.

• Banner Permit Submittal– provides a list of requirements for banners. Banners are subject to size and similar requirements in Section180-5.2.4 of the Town Code.
